        • GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
        • personal data - means information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
        • processing - means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
        • profiling - means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements;
        • filing system - means any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralised, decentralised or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;

        • consent - of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her;
        • personal data breach - means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;
        • data concerning health - means personal data related to the physical or mental health of a natural person, including the provision of health care services, which reveal information about his or her health status;
        • supervisory authority - means an independent public authority which is established by a Member State pursuant to Article 51 GDPR, in the case of Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

                  • ADO processes your data independently – no joint controllership.
                  • ADO does not process your personal data in an automated manner, including profiling, with the exception of using cookies, which is described in Chapter 12 of this privacy policy.

              11. Catalog of rights available to you regarding personal data processing by ADO.

                  • Right of access to personal data
                    We inform that you have the right of access to your personal data that you provide to ADO, or that ADO obtained from another person. To exercise this right, you should send a request in writing by registered mail to the indicated ADO address or by email to the indicated ADO email address.
                  • Right to lodge a complaint
                    We inform that you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data. This complaint can be submitted to the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
                  • Right to erasure of personal data
                    We inform that you have the right to request ADO to immediately delete your personal data, and ADO is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay, with the following reservation.

                    We inform that you have the right to object to data processing. To exercise this right, you should send a request in writing by registered mail to the indicated ADO address or by email to the indicated ADO email address.
                  • Right to data portability
                    We inform that you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to ADO.

                    You also have the right to transmit those personal data to another controller without hindrance from ADO. Where technically feasible, you also have the right to have ADO transmit the personal data directly to another controller.

                  • Right to restriction of processing of personal data
                    We inform that you have the right to request ADO to restrict the processing of your personal data in the following cases:
                    • when you contest the accuracy of the personal data - for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of such data;
                    • when the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
                    • when ADO no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
                  • Right to rectification of personal data
                    We inform that you have the right to request ADO to immediately rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you. You also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
