• • This document has been prepared and published to ensure the legality of the operation of the www.prawowprzetargu.pl website, particularly in terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter as: "GDPR").

  • service – internet service provided by the Law Firm in the domain: www.prawowprzetargu.pl, constituting a tool enabling familiarization with legal advisory service offers;
  • user – natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the service in any way;
  • materials - texts, photos, graphics, charts, video materials, multimedia materials, etc., particularly constituting a work within the meaning of the copyright and related rights act presented in the service.

Subject of the terms

• These terms define the rules and conditions for free use of services offered by the www.prawowprzetargu.pl website. The service is:

    Law Firm's information portal serving to present news and current information and text and graphic materials, as well as principles of service provision by the Law Firm;

  • 2. 

    portal containing commercial information about services provided by the Law Firm.
• Data and information for updating the www.prawowprzetargu.pl website come from materials and information developed by the service editorial team or obtained from public sources.
• The editorial team of the www.prawowprzetargu.pl website makes every effort to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the presented information, however, in case of any inaccuracies, it is not responsible for actions or failure to take actions based on them.

Types and scope of services provided electronically

The following types and scope of services are provided on the www.prawowprzetargu.pl website:

• • presentation of materials, articles, blogs, reports and other information useful for portal users,
  • marketing activities related to promoting and advertising services offered by the Law Firm in the scope of provided legal services,
  • possibility of obtaining commercial information about services provided by the Law Firm.

General conditions for providing electronic services

Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the teleinformation system and enabling full use of the service functionality used by www.prawowprzetargu.pl:

• • Internet connection (of any bandwidth),
  • having one of the web browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) enabling display of hypertext documents (HTML) on the computer screen.

• Due to technical limitations independent of the Law Firm, the Law Firm does not guarantee that connecting and browsing the service pages will be uninterrupted and free of technical defects. At the same time, the Law Firm wishes to inform that it is not responsible for damages caused by faulty operation of the portal, transmission system, including equipment failures, delays and transmission disruptions.
• The Law Firm is also not responsible for the consequences of using information contained in the service by the user. The Law Firm is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by the user related to the use of information contained in the service.
• The Law Firm informs that it will make efforts to ensure that information on the network and data transmission via the Internet are secure, i.e., that information transmission takes place with confidentiality, integrity and completeness of transmitted data.

• All information sent via email and other forms of transmission through the Internet may be subject to third-party interference. Moreover, for technical reasons, there is no guarantee that information transmitted via the Internet will reach the user in the form in which it was sent, nor that data transmission will occur without any interruptions and technical defects.
• Users should take action to protect connection security, for example by using special types of software or coding technologies. Users should be aware of threats related to using the service, which are primarily various types of third-party interference, both in databases concerning the service user and in the transmission of specific information via the Internet, unsolicited commercial information (spam), malware, spyware, internet worms or password cracking (cracking or phishing) and others.

It is forbidden to enter data and provide content by the User that is inconsistent with applicable law, particularly data inconsistent with factual state, misleading or certifying falsehood. In case the Law Firm detects messages and information bearing signs of unlawfulness, the Law Firm is entitled to prevent the user from accessing such data.

• Information generated by the www.prawowprzetargu.pl service and all materials, information and tools available on the portal may be used by users only for personal use.
• Use of information, materials and tools appearing on the www.prawowprzetargu.pl website for purposes other than personal use, particularly commercial, including copying, publication, saving on disks, sale, sending, broadcasting, transmission or making available to third parties in a manner other than indicated above, may only occur after obtaining express, written permission from the Law Firm, within the scope specified by the Law Firm in such permission. To obtain consent, contact the Law Firm at the address indicated in the Terms.
• All trademarks and trade names appearing on the portal are subject to legal protection under the principles provided for in relevant regulations.
• In case of damage due to violation of any of the above principles by the user, they will be obliged to repair the damage to the Chamber on general principles.
